We may at times revise & alter these terms & conditions without notice, so please refer to them frequently.

Explosionmarketing.com.au is a website focused on offering digital marketing, webinar sales funnels. business coaching, marketing coaching, business and personal growth, customer profiling, LinkedIn strategy, automation and process improvements. While using explosionmarketing.com.au you agree not to interfere with the operations of the website or gain unauthorised access to any non-publicised information. We do not grant you to:
• Transmit any offensive, unlawful or otherwise objectionable material in any form
• Post or reproduce material you do not have the right to use
• Impersonate any person or entity or your relationship with them
• Post unauthorised advertising or promotional material in any form on Explosion Marketing
• Promote your own independent website on explosionmarketing.com.au without firstly seeking permission and/or paying for advertising.
• Modify, alter or hack amyl.smith.com in any manner

Comments
Explosion Marketing comprises of a friendly, positive community of business owners and entrepreneurs encouraging and helping each other. Nasty comments and personal attacks are not welcomed and those making them will be blocked. Explosion Marketing reserves the right to edit or delete any comments without notice. Comments intending to spam or advertise will also be deleted.

Except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by Explosion Marketing is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of any other marketed products. Furthermore Explosion Marketing does not guarantee or warrant that the use of this site will be uninterrupted and or free of infection or viruses. We are not liable to you or anyone else if your computer is damaged in any way in using this website.

We have no control over the truth, quality, safety or legality of the goods listed on explosionmarketing.com.au & we cannot guarantee the transaction between the buyer & seller. Explosion Marketing does not favour anyone advertiser or supplier over another.

In particular, the right side bar, above the header and at the bottom of regular post are network ads by google and a private ad network. Explosion Marketing has little control over what ads show up there.

Products and GuaranteesYou have the right to a 5 days cooling off period in accordance with Australian consumer law (if that law is applicable to you).

However, handling and shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable. Also non-refundable are any payments or commissions already paid to affiliates etc. They will be deducted from the refund.
In addition to the 5 day cooling off period, we offer a 30 day guarantee on our products and services. The terms of this guarantee are as follows:

You must contact us in writing with your reasons for requesting a refund to nyrie@explosionmarketing.com.au
You must show that you have actively engaged and viewed the learning modules and processes taught in the course, including any Explosion Marketing social media community groups, up to the date that you request the refund.
The right to request a refund ceases 30 days after the purchase date. The buyer will make a determination during the 30 days guarantee period if the product is as described and to decide whether the buyer wishes to remain subscribed and keep the product.

If the buyer does not contact the seller during the refund period, the buyer agrees that the seller may construe silence as a full complete and final acceptance of the product, service or membership with no further right to redress or refund for any reason.

Please note, changing your mind or not having the time to implement the teachings contained in the course material, is not considered to be a legitimate reason to request a refund.

Beyond the 5 day cooling off period and the 30 day guarantee period, Explosion Marketing reserves the right to deny a refund or under special circumstances, apply a full or partial refund at their discretion.

When you get started with us, the only way we’ll REALLY know is when we’re actually working together, so to give you some comfort, we do have our 30 day ‘No Brainer Guarantee’ which means that provided you do your part to show up and take action in the program, if for some reason either our team or you feel we are not the fit we thought we are, then you simply pay for your first 30 days and we can part ways as friends. There is no refund on the first 30 days due to the work that we do with you.

Rest assured this rarely happens as we wouldn’t have invited you or even mentioned the program if we didn’t think this program will work for you.

Limitations of liabilities
Subject to our obligations by law we are not liable to you or anybody else for any loss or damage, indirect, consequential or incidental.

Explosion Marketing shall not be liable for any delay in performing its obligations as set out in these terms & conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control, but will endeavour to complete the transaction as soon as possible.

Explosion Marketing shall not be liable for any and all damage that the buyer causes by using the product or information contained on this website that results in a damage claim.

This site contains links to third party websites purely for your convenience but does not indicate an endorsement of those websites or the products. We take no responsibility for the content or accuracy of these websites & you enter these websites at your own risk.

Termination
It is at the sole discretion of Explosion Marketing to block access to anyone misusing our site without notice, or any person failing to comply with any of the terms of this agreement, regardless of whether that person has purchased a product or service. Under these circumstances any refund amount will be at the sole discretion of Explosion Marketing.

Together we hope to create and promote inspiration, action taking and positivity among the business community. We expect our members to return that respect to the business community by supporting, encouraging and leading with empathy to create a positive, friendly atmosphere for all our community visitors and members.
